Program Schedules 2010-2011



Before School Program at Grafflin
Located in Room 104 at Grafflin
7:30AM - 9:00AM Games, puzzles, arts and crafts as well as indoor/outdoor play. A light breakfast snack is always available.
9:00AM Grafflin children leave for classrooms.


Before School Program at Roaring Brook
Roaring Brook and Westorchard students in a combined class in Lower Level 1

7:30AM - 9:00AM Games, puzzles, arts and crafts as well as indoor/outdoor play. A light breakfast snack is always available.
8:50AM Westorchard children board bus to Westorchard.
9:00AM Roaring Brook children leave for classrooms.


After School Programs for K- 4th grade at Grafflin, Roaring Brook and Westorchard
Grafflin at Grafflin School in Room 104
Roaring Brook at Roaring Brook School in Lower Level 1
Westorchard at Westorchard School located in Room C1 (upstairs 2nd grade wing)

3:10PM Kindergarten children are picked up by CCW children are picked up CCW teachers and taken to their classroom.
3:15PM 1st-4th graders arrive at CCW classroom.
3:20PM - 3:50PM Outside play.
3:50PM - 4:00PM Family style snack. Announcement and discussion of day's activities.
4:00PM - 4:30PM Quiet time for homework and reading.
4:30PM - 6:00PM Selection of activities including sports, science, games, cooking, arts, crafts, dramatic play, sewing, field trips, community service and other exciting events.


Kids Unlimited After School Program for Bell and Seven Bridges Middle School
Located at Bell Middle School in the Lunch Room

2:30PM Bell students arrive at KU students can start homework, any of the projects of the day.
3:30PM Seven Bridges students arrive.
3:30PM Snack is served.
3:45PM - 6:00PM Homework.

After homework until pick-up time our program includes:

  • A "hang out" area with music, board games, etc where student can spend quiet time alone or with friends.
  • Outdoor and indoor recreation.
  • A variety of activities such as filming and editing videos, performing arts, community service, cartooning, beading, computers, team building and field trips.
