BEFORE AND AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAMS
CALENDAR 2007-2008 SCHOOL YEAR
CCW will offer special programs during specific holidays, school vacation, half-days and early dismissals but will be closed on those days when the school's custodial staff is not present and the school building is closed and non-operational. Children who participate in school vacation, early dismissals and half days must be registered in advance and will be charged an extra fee.

(Please note the last day of school will be the last day of CCW. If the last day of school is a half-day, CCW will NOT have an afterschool program.)
Regular tuition does not include fees for vacation, early dismissal and half-day dismissal. Your child will receive a flyer approximately 2 weeks prior to any half-day or vacation day program with a description as well as fee schedule. Sign-up is on a first come, first serve basis with LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE.
On Half-days (when children are dismissed from school 3 hours early) and Early dismissal days (when children are dismissed 2 hours early) CCW will have a special program for the children who are enrolled in our program on that particular day of the week. There will be an extra fee for all Half-day/Early dismissal programs.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL FEES FOR VACATION DAYS, HALF-DAYS AND EARLY DISMISSAL DAYS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
